A circulating video reveals the individual from Australia pushing past photographers and charging at Grande while the performers proceeded down a promenade surrounded by onlookers. Fellow actress Cynthia Erivo quickly wrested the stunned performer away from Mr Wen, who was observed being led away of the gathering by guards. Mr Wen shared on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "let go after being arrested", though official papers revealed that he was due to be present on the following morning. It is unknown if he was charged. History of Event Invasions This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Troll Most Hated", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram profile contains videos of him disrupting other high-profile occasions, including jumping on stage at the pop singer's Sydney performance in June this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers concert in the city last December. "Steps should be implemented enforced against him as this is obviously a punishable act," wrote an Instagram follower, in a message to a video Mr Wen posted of his behavior. "This appears to be a habit... why are you not imprisoned?" a different Instagram user remarked. Supporters Voice Worry Over the Star's Well-being Many fans accused Mr Wen for "re-traumatising" Grande, who had spoken of dealing with PTSD after a terrorist explosion at the finale of her spring 2017 show in Manchester, killing 22 people and injuring many. "The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented another comment on Instagram. A number of fans also faulted guards at the Thursday event for not being sufficiently alert; while different individuals requested online networks to block Mr Wen's uploads. Reaction and Event Details In footage spreading on the internet, Grande appeared surprised when she was approached by the individual. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed comforting her while Mr Wen was removed by security. Grande has not commented on the event, and the remaining proceedings proceeded as normal.
