Details of the Serious Allegations Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham is accused of numerous acts of sexual assault â comprising some against children younger than 13 â between 2017 and 2021. A senior prosecutor stated, âLegal teams have worked at length to assist a thorough and intricate police inquiry, carefully reviewing the evidence to determine that there is sufficient evidence to proceed to trial and that it is in the interest of justice.â Scope of the Police Inquiry These allegations come after what police called a âcomplex investigationâ into alleged assaults at medical facilities: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley. Spencer will appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January. List of Offences The charging documents said the 45 charges comprise: 15 counts of sexual assault.
