The Dolphins have demonstrated a varied performances this year so the verdict is uncertain on whether this is the beginning of something, but for the Bills they'll need an instant response in a tough game against the Buccaneers in week 11 as the Patriots are quietly moving into a nice lead at the summit of the American Football Conference East

Visiting Baltimore is challenging too, but Denver have it more difficult in the AFC West division with the Kansas City to play twice, the Chargers (who might also compete for top seed but encounter the same problem) and also the Green Bay on the fixture list

The Indianapolis also play the Kansas City, and have the Seahawks, 49ers and two games with the 5-4 Jaguars to face. There's a long way to go but the door is open for a surprise number one position in the American Football Conference
